- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup pumpkin butter
- 1/8 cup pecans, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Place salmon fillets in oven-safe dish. Sprinkle salt and pepper over salmon fillets.
- Top each fillet evenly with pumpkin butter. Sprinkle pecans over pumpkin butter.
- Bake at 350F for 20-30 minutes or until center of salmon reaches 145F and flakes easily.
