Salmon with Pumpkin Butter

Ingredients

  • 4 (4-ounce) salmon fillets
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin butter
  • 1/8 cup pecans, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Place salmon fillets in oven-safe dish. Sprinkle salt and pepper over salmon fillets.
  3. Top each fillet evenly with pumpkin butter. Sprinkle pecans over pumpkin butter.
  4. Bake at 350F for 20-30 minutes or until center of salmon reaches 145F and flakes easily.
