Spicy Pecans


  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp ancho chile powder
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cups pecan halves


1. Preheat oven to 375F

2. Combine maple syrup, Worcestershire, chile powder, cumin, salt and pepper in large bowl, mix well.

3. Add nuts to syrup mixture, stirring well to coat.

4. Arrange nuts in single layer on baking pan lined with parchment paper.

5. Bake at 375F for 5 minutes; remove from oven, stir; return to oven until lightly browned, up to 5 minutes watching carefully to avoid burning.

6. Cool completely on pan before serving.
