Try new fun ways to move more every day

Different activities bring different benefits. Adults need to be active 30 minutes a day on most days—at least 150 minutes a week. These activities should be hard enough to get your heart pumping and make you breathe faster. At least twice a week, add in some activities that strengthen your muscles.
